Win tickets to the Mamma Mia! Drive-In experience!!

Pinewood Studios have teamed up with icethesite to offer free tickets to two lucky winners of a brand new competition.

All you have to do is answer a simple question and you and up to three friends could be going along to the world’s largest cinema screen to see Mamma Mia! – The Drive-in experience.

The winners will be sent a standard car ticket for the Mamma Mia! Drive-in experience. A car ticket is for a maximum of 4 people.

The movie will be shown on the following dates:

Mamma Mia! (2008) – Certificate PG

  • Sunday 8 November – 20.00 for 20.45 movie start
  • Saturday 14 November 20.00 for 20.45 movie start

One winner for the 8th and one winner for the 15th will be selected at random. The competition closes at midnight 30 October, 2009 (GMT).

The screenings will take place at Pinewood’s Paddock Lot.

All you have to do to enter is give your name, address, the date on which you wish to see Mamma Mia! and the answer to the following question:

  1. I think it’d be great to see Mamma Mia at a drive-in. We used to have many drive-ins in it’s hey-day in Sydney (and assumedly the rest of Australia did too) up to the early 80s when video took over as home entertainment.

    Drive-ins were so popular and great fun for family entertainment… there used to be swings, slippery-dips and other play equipment up the front under the screen that kids’d play on before the double-feature. And yum hamburgers and other treats in the café

    I think there’s one double drive-in still in Sydney these days, and I assume MM played there.
