Craig Revel Horwood’s stunning new take on CHESS has been nominated for Best Regional Production in the WhatsOnStage Theatre Awards 2011.

Voting is now open and below is a link to page where you can do so. You aren’t required to vote in all categories…you can just vote for CHESS if you wish!

The WhatsOnStage awards really are a big deal and are often given to shows that are actually still running.

As far as the CHESS tour cast are concerned, Daniel Koek who is playing Anatoly in CHESS on Tour said:

“These annual awards are voted for by the theatre going public, so mean an awful lot to us.”

Results will be announced at an Awards Concert at the Prince of Wales Theatre (Mamma Mia!) on 20 February 2011 with trophy presentations to selected winners and live performances from nominees and other West End stars.
